These terms and conditions govern the use of the website octane.com.mx (the "Site"), operated by Alejandro Isaac Baca Sierra, doing business as Octane Informatic Solutions ("Octane", "we"), located at calle Israel 2811, colonia Nuevo Paraíso, C.P. 31123, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. By browsing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is informational: it presents Octane, the software development services we offer, project case studies and our blog posts, and gives you ways to contact us.

Information about services, timelines, technologies and results is general and is not a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually.
Hiring any service is governed by the proposal, quote or contract we sign with you, which sets the scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, warranties, intellectual property and confidentiality. In case of conflict, that document prevails over these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, such as the admin panel, or to our servers.
- Introduce malicious code, run denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with the Site.
- Scrape content in bulk or automatically in ways that affect the Site's operation.
- Use the Site or our contact channels to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content (text, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, images and code) is owned by Octane or used with permission from its owners, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law.
You may view the content and share links to it. You may quote excerpts from the blog as long as you credit the source and link to the original post. Any other use, reproduction or modification requires our prior written permission.
Client, product and third-party technology trademarks and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are displayed for reference only.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, and waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.
